I am a Professor of Information Systems at Birmingham City University in the United Kingdom. I have worked with major international organizations where I gained experience of the challenges of effectively managing information. My research focuses on the relationship between information, information systems and information technology, and aims to provide practical guidance to improve information management in organizations.
